Frequently asked questions
How does the custom order process work?
Each custom order begins with your idea.
You can share inspiration, colors, themes, character details, or reference images, and Kira will review your request to understand the style, scope, and creative direction of the piece.
Once the concept is approved, you will receive guidance on the next steps, including pricing, timeline, and overall process.
From there, your piece is carefully handcrafted with close attention to the agreed vision.
Throughout the process, Kira may share progress updates when relevant to help ensure the final creation feels true to what you imagined and includes the artistic details that matter most to you.
Are custom orders an exact copy of my reference?
Not exactly, but they are created to stay true to the spirit of your vision.
Reference images are used as inspiration and creative direction rather than for exact duplication. Every custom piece is handmade and one of a kind, so small artistic variations are a natural part of the process and contribute to what makes each creation unique.
ARTZ by Kira aims to capture the essence, mood, and important details of your idea while creating a finished piece that reflects both your vision and Kira’s personal craftsmanship and artistic style.
Do you share updates during the custom process?
Yes. For custom commissions, Kira may share progress updates at key stages of the process when relevant. This helps keep the project aligned with the agreed vision and gives you reassurance as your piece comes to life. Because every custom order is different, the number and timing of updates may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
