1. Shipping & Delivery

1.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and destination.
1.2. Items are either ready to ship or made to order, as clearly stated in each product listing.
1.3. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs, weather, or external factors.
1.4. Estimated delivery times (shipping transit time after dispatch): Israel 7–14 business days; Europe 14–28; United States 14–28; Rest of the world 14–28.
1.5. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines and delays are handled by the shipping carrier.
1.6. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. ARTZ by Kira is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

2. Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

2.1. ARTZ by Kira is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
2.2. Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non‑refundable.

3. Multiple Orders Policy

3.1. Each order is processed individually and includes its own shipping fee.
3.2. We may combine multiple orders into a single package at our discretion; combining shipments does not entitle the buyer to a refund of previously paid shipping fees.
3.3. To avoid extra shipping charges, add all desired items to your cart before checkout and review your order carefully.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

4.1. Because our products are handmade and many are produced to order, please read carefully.

5. Custom‑Made Items (No cancellation once production begins)
​
5.1. Custom‑made items are created specifically for the buyer and are NOT eligible for cancellation once production has begun, except where required by mandatory law.
5.2. If you request changes after final approval of a design/selection, additional charges may apply.

6. Ready‑to‑Ship / Non‑Custom Items
​
6.1 Returns for change of mind may be available only where required by applicable mandatory consumer laws. Shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law.

7. Defects / Wrong Item
​
7.1. Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item was shipped.
7.2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
7.3. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer and must be sent via tracked mail, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
7.4. Refunds are issued only after the item is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be unused and in the same condition as delivered (beyond reasonable inspection).
