2.1. ARTZ by Kira and its creations are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any doll brands shown in product photos.
2.2. All brand names, trademarks, and images shown are used for illustrative purposes only. ARTZ by Kira does not claim ownership of any third‑party brand or intellectual property.
2.3. All items in the store are either handmade by ARTZ by Kira or produced after legally acquiring a commercial license from the 3D model artists (when applicable).

3. Product Details & What’s Included

3.1. Each listing includes detailed photos and a clear description to help you review the item before purchasing.
3.2. Dolls, shoes, stands, and additional accessories are NOT included unless explicitly stated in the product description.
3.3. Color tones may vary due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
3.4. Skin tones on custom painted items may vary slightly over time due to paint oxidation.

4. Made‑to‑Order & Custom‑Made Items

4.1. Made‑to‑order and custom‑made items are produced specifically for the buyer based on chosen options/specifications.
4.2. Production time is an estimate and may change due to workload, material availability, or design complexity.
4.3. Estimated production time (unless stated otherwise in the listing): 1–2 months.

5. Quality & Care Instructions
​
5.1. Fabric patterns may change slightly depending on how the material is cut.
5.2. Denim items: Avoid leaving them on dolls for long periods, as they may cause minor color transfer.
5.3. Cotton garments: Generally safe and do not bleed.
5.4. Care: Hand wash only. Do not use hot water, dryers, or washing machines; some fabrics may shrink or lose shape.
5.5. Resin: Warm the resin piece before applying onto dolls to reduce the risk of cracking and to improve flexibility (follow safe handling practices).
5.6. Limitation of responsibility: ARTZ by Kira is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, incorrect application, excessive force, exposure to heat, or failure to follow care instructions.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Currency
​
6.1. Prices are shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination and local rules (where relevant).
6.2. If your payment provider converts currency, the exchange rate and conversion fees are determined by the provider (e.g., PayPal/your card issuer).

7. Partial Refunds for Custom‑Made Items (Defect cases)

7.1. In defect cases involving custom‑made items, a partial refund of up to 50% may be offered based on (a) severity of the defect and (b) the affected production stage/value.
7.2. A return may be required before any refund is issued.

8. PayPal & Chargebacks (Important)
​
8.1. We keep order records, photos, and shipping proofs. For shipped orders, we provide tracking and proof of dispatch/delivery where available.
8.2. If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Opening a dispute before contacting us may delay resolution.
8.3. For PayPal disputes and credit‑card chargebacks, our policies apply alongside PayPal/card‑issuer rules.
8.4. Mandatory consumer laws are not limited by this policy.
